He was our Google and YouTube before there were such things. A servant-hearted man, his answer was almost always 'yes.' Not sure what to say?

I met Fred briefly at Huntsville home with wife and children, checking on Sharon. He appeared smart, kind, helpful, understanding, and knowledgeable. Same with phone call in 1985. Family appeared ideal. Great person.

What a dynamic duo Fred & Priscilla were. Fred was an inspiration to me and all who knew him. He will be missed.

A great friend and leader in my life. He will hold a special place in my heart forever.

We will miss his smiling face while walking by our home. Our hearts goes out to Priscilla and her family.

Dr. Seeley was a core member of the UAH physics department faculty for many years. He simply knew how things worked--almost anything and one of his experiments is still running at UAH.

As a brand new teacher, I worked with Pris at Farley Elementary School. She was one of my greatest mentors then, and now, almost 30 years later. As a couple, Pris and Fred were great examples in marriage, with their support of each other and the many ways they spent their time together. Fast forward several years...My dad was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease and began attending a support group that the Seeley family was a big part of. Through his name, Pris made the connection with me. ...

Although I never personally knew Fred, we were linked through our mutual advocacy for Parkinson’s families. He was most fortunate to have a devoted wife who did everything humanly possible to make his life easier. My heart goes out across the miles to Pris.

Fred was a wonderful person. I am saddened to hear of his passing.
I know he will be missed.

A lovely man. I'm glad to have known him.
