Fred was amazing. I don't think I can remember a single time I would see him that he didn't give me a huge bear hug. People are often a mixed bag, but not Fred, he was all good.

Mrs Smith, I want you to know how sorry I am about Fred. We lost one of the kindest, sweetest guys I've ever known. You did a wonderful job raising him and you should be proud.
