Read MoreI worked with Fred as a law clerk and then as an associate attorney when I first came out of law school in 1989. Fred was a friend and a mentor who taught me not only about law but about how to live. I will always have fond memories of Fred. My deepest sympathy and condolences to his family who I know he loved very much. My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of sorrow.

I was a classmate of Fred's at Pope Pius H.S. where he was a very good football player, vice president of the Student Council and editor of the yearbook. I'll always remember his exuberance and wonderful smile.

To Fred's Family,
I remember Fred from childhood, 2nd ward park. He had a wonderful way about him and as a teenager I remember thinking he was mature for his age. Mature in patience and understanding of others. He always had Duke with him. Big black Duke the dog, his best friend. I wish I knew Fred in his adult life as well, for he made such an impact on me as a teen. He was really liked by everyone back then. Especially all us girls. May his spirit always live with his family...

I met Fred about 13 years ago, and he was a great guy, always joking and fun to be around. I was stunned to learn of his passing.
