Frederick fought a good fight, he finished his course but most importantly, he kept the faith. Your grief is our grief as we have lost a good friend. Oh Freddie, I will miss you soooooooo much. It has been a GREAT experience to have known you for over 40 years.

The Bible says "absent from the body is to be present with the Lord" . I know you're at home with the Father and I know you are Happy.

I know you are among the GREAT cloud of witnesses cheering me on so when ever I get sad because your not present, I'll look up, because I know you're there.
