Daddy—I can't believe it's been a year. As I think about you today I think about how much I miss you and I start to feel sorry for myself. But then I think about all the people who did not get a chance to meet you and know the wonderful man that I knew and I feel sorry for them. They never knew your love of family, your loyalty, your wit, your kind spirit, your love of God...as each day passes I pray that it will get better. And I know that your guiding hand will remain on my shoulder...

Dear Butch,
I think about you often. We became friends when we were 16 and developed a great friendship becoming the God-father for your daughter. I miss you and you left us too soon!
My dear long-life friend.

Impossible to believe such a great man is gone almost a year. Fred is the type of man that we ask our sons to emulate and there truly is a void when such men of character leave us. WHAT A MAN! Forever I will remember him fondly as one of the true men of distinction in my life!

I just heard about Freds passing. He was a good person and a wonderful evangelist for the Lord! I worked with Fred when he placed adversting for some of his accounts and know the world will be ever so much less interesting without his brilliance and humor in it....Hopeing his family is doing well.
