Alice (Mrs. Yearwood), Billy, Jeff, Brian, and Fred: so sorry for your loss... My parents built the house and moved our young family in next door to the Yearwoods in 1970, half a century ago, when Brola Road was a dirt road and there were only 2 houses on it.
