Frederik always stopped by our table at Flamant when we dined there. We found commonality with both food and cars. He always was warm and welcoming and I always looked for him. He was gracious when we dined at the Henri and took the time, during dinner hours, to give us a tour. We truly enjoyed seeing him

I was Frederik's sous chef with 42* for several years, and I treasure every moment i spent working with him. His boundless energy and passion inspired me in my career, and his sense of humor and kind heart always made me feel part of his family. The best "job" I ever had was working under the tutelage of Frederik. Farewell, sweet prince.
