Not sure what to say?

I still think about Freddie and how much he impacted my life personally and professionally. Who can forget that smile? I hope Victoria survived handling the closing of his business dealings. I know what an ordeal that must have been for her.

Fred & I go way back to singing together in high school and I was privileged to have him as the DJ at both our daughters' weddings. What a great guy and a good friend. He will be missed. Our deepest condolences.

Sad to lose such a good guy, he will be missed by many. I am so very sorry for your loss Victoria. Do not hesitate to reach out to the NE Ohio wedding community if there is anything that you need.

Deepest condolences to the family and friends of Freddie! What a class act who willingly shared his energy and passion of the mobile entertainment business with aspiring new comers.
Freddie taught us about commitment and integrity - and doing things the right way -

Very sorry to hear of the passing of Freddie James. He was one of the first and best disc jockeys that worked for me in the 70's at Platters Lounge in Brook Park. Very professional and dependable. He knew how to pack a dance floor. I am grateful that he was the disc jockey for my wedding in 2000. Freddie will be truly missed and always remembered.

Freddie was my mentor for many years as I began my DJ life at Bachelors II. Freddie was always good and kind to me no matter how manny years passed when we didn't see each other. Learned a lot but most importantly what a great guy. I will miss him. My condolences to his wife and family. We all know Freddie is jamming the tunes in heaven.

What a tragic way for Victoria to celebrate her fourth wedding anniversary to Freddie. I have known Freddie for about 35 years initially as a business associate but subsequently as a cherished friend. When I videotaped their special day, I remember thinking to myself that I never saw Freddie as content. He was a masterful promoter, hard worker and fireball of energy.

Prayers and condolences to your family. We met at the radio station at Cleveland State. I remember him as a warm and friendly man. May he rest in God's peace.

Victoria and family, I was saddened to hear of Fred's passing. I hope you find comfort in your memories and knowing what a good person he was - he always tried to lift you up when you were down. Fred was a true Cleveland talent and he enjoyed sharing that talent with others, whether it was on the radio or performing at an event through his disc jockey service. His performances mirrored his life -- he gave it his all. Family was always at the top of Fred's list and most important was his...
