I consider having known Fred to be a blessing. My admiration for him included his moral compass, his impeccable integrity, his passion for life and his devoted love for family. He was a tenacious fighter for those in need yet a kinder and gentler soul you could not meet. Fred earned my total respect and I am proud to have known him as a friend. My prayers are with him and his family.
