Fred will be missed very much. I was so thankful that he was a good friend and neighbor to my son, Ray and his family, for all of these years. When I used to live next door my neighbors were either his grandmother, or his mother and his father, or his uncle and his family, and all I can say is there should be such nice people for everyone to have as a neighbor. Fred was a wonderful neighbor and great friend. He was always a pleasure to talk to and willing to give a helping hand when needed. He will be missed by all of us.
