Not sure what to say?

I am so very sorry to learn of Dr. B's passing. He was a very special person. He was my first eye doctor at age 6, many years ago, and to this day I remember his kindness and patience. My father worked as a superintendent in the building where Dr. B's practice was and they became friends. My parents are now in their 90s but still speak so fondly of Audrey and Dr. B who, every year, send my parents a poinsettia plant at Christmas. My parents received the gift yesterday. Dr. B will be so missed...

Sheryl, I came across this obituary and confirmed that this was your father. I´m so sorry for the loss of your dad. Sending you and Audrey my condolences and praying that you find comfort at this time.

Audrey and family. We are very sorry to hear the passing of Dr. Botnick. He was truly a gift to all those who he took care of. I remember him coming in on Easter weekend to care for my daugther who gave him a chocolate egg as a gift. He put it in his pocket and it started to melt in there. He cared so much and took the time needed for each of us. He will be missed beyond words. Our hearts go out to you all for such a loss. Debby and Teah

My thoughts are with you on your loss of Free. Gerri Coyle

Dr. Botnick was a caring, kind, wonderful physician. My husband and I started as his patients when we moved to Agawam in 1973. When our first daughter was born, she had blocked tear ducts. He operated on her at the age of one and he made the nurses let her keep her little blanket with her. When our second daughter was born, she also became his patient. We always enjoyed our visits with him and missed him when he retired. Condolences on his passing.

Audrey, we met in the 1970´s and our path crossed many times. It was an always a pleasure to help the two of you over the years. I talked with him on the phone after you moved. A great person that will be remembered by many people he helped. RIP. Jim Maiolo
