I am very sad to hear this news! Rikki was a Master Gardener in our Wake County program, and I always loved the days she was on phone duty because I knew she would not only "take care of business" but we would have some laughs and share a few stories. Rikki was the consummate professional at all times. We worked together at the Sheraton Hotels National Call Center. She cared about the staff that worked for her and treated everyone with dignity and respect. I extend my condolences to her husband and family.
