Fritz Eiseman

Elfrieda "Fritz" Eiseman, age 75, of Owatonna, died October 11, 2016, at Birchwood Cottages in Owatonna. Friends may greet the family from 9-11:00 AM, Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at the Brick Meger Funeral Home. Interment will be at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis Fritz was born in Eureka, SD to parents Henry and Rose (Kessler) Lindeman on April 15, 1941. She attended Eureka High School before getting married to Robert "Bob" Eiseman on June 22, 1958 in Eureka. Fritz stayed at home to take care of the children until moving to Owatonna in 1969. She ran the office at Pillsbury Baptist Bible College where her husband Bob was also working. She, along with Bob, enjoyed watching all kinds of sporting events, especially when their grandchildren and great-grandchildren were involved. Her family will remember her for her eye for fashion, "classic" outfits, and her love for cooking and baking. Fritz is survived by Dana (Polly) Eiseman of Willowsprings, N.C., Roberta Eiseman of Owatonna; six grandchildren, Miranda Anne (Lee) Zambelli, Robert Eiseman, Chet (Lindsay) Macht, Niki Gibson, T.J. (Katie) Sherman and Robyn (Josh) Bramer; 10 great-grandchildren, Alexandria, Ashton, Mason, Tate, Jameson, Greyson, Andrew, Pollyanna, Riley, and Ava, and many nieces and nephews; she is preceded in death by her husband, Bob, their daughter Robin Macht. In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to Owatonna Park and Rec. Youth Scholarship program (Robin Macht Eiseman Scholarship).
