FRITZI BENESCH

My name is Luba Reeves. My father Stanley Wachter used to work for Fritzi of California in the 1970s. Mr Benesch was the owner of this factory that helped my dad start his business Luba Designs by selling us our first clothing to start that business. My dad also worked occasionally at Mr. Benesch house as a landscaper to earn extra money. Sorry to learn at this date about Fritzi's passing. They were both a loving couple.

Connie, I am so sorry for your loss of your loving mom. My mom just sent me the newspaper clippings--she knew you and I were friends in 9th grade. I'm sad to hear of the passing of your mom "Mrs. Benesch".
Each time I am in downtown San Francisco, I think of those times good and those indifferent too. I look back at it all now, and call it part of understanding and growth.
