Fumiko "Penny" Schroyer, 78, of Yuma, died April 27, 2011, at Yuma Regional Medical Center.Born April 20, 1933, in Osaka, Japan, she was a civil service worker.Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Friday at Sunset Vista Funeral Home, which was in charge of cremation arrangements.
