G. Jerry Falcone M.D.

Dr. Falcone was my pediatrician as a child. He always knew what was best to treat my symptoms, but you knew what was coming when you heard the whistle in the hallway. I’ve always wondered what happened to him. Good to see he lived a long and fruitful life.

Dr. Falcone and family was a family friend of my grandmother, Angelina Iandolo for many years. dr. Jerry was my doctor growing up. He made housecalls and I never forgot him. very special man. Patti DiBlasi Mierzwa

My family and I are deeply sorry to hear of the passing of such a wonderful,kind, and caring doctor and gentleman. He took such great care of my two children and all the children.
I remember him coming into his office on Kennedy Blvd. on a Sunday after his hospital rounds to check on by son, who was up crying all night with an earache. Dr. Falcone was my pediatrician for many years. He was one of the reasons I decided to become a doctor. Stories about him still circulate our home. He was a wonderful doctor and person. He is definitely truly missed.

Dr. Falcone was the doctor of my 3 children. I remember all those visits and the confidence I felt when I left his office, being a young mother. He will be greatly missed. I still to this day remember the advise he gave me and pass it on to my grandchildren.

I used to cry all the time in your office and was so scared of the needles =) but I still remember you today at 32. I never got to thank you for taking care of me and being so kind to my mom and family raising me and my brother. May you rest in peace. You will never be forgotten.

I am so very sorry to hear of Dr. Falcone's passing. He was my pediatrician...my mother always spoke of him so highly....about how thorough he was. She was a young mother and he always put her at ease. I remember him fondly. I remember Esther also, and the lollipop she'd give me after my appointment. Rest in peace, Dr. Falcone. Say hello to my Mom for me.

RIP Dr. Falcone. Started out with you with my kids and then moved to Dr. Casia. Both died in the last month. Two great pediatricians. You treated the Kuzminski's, the Ackerman's and many more from the J.C. heights. RIP.
