G. Mark Schwager

I was an acquaintance of Mark´s at Ohio State, living on the top floor of Haverfield House at Ohio State University in 1965-6. On occasion we would throw down a few beers at the North Berg on High Street. I recall his setting a few beer bottles on the table and asking what I saw. I worked on many architectural projects with Mark when he was at DGS and I was chief of Architecture and Preservation at the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission. He was great to work with and I considered him not only a colleague but a friend. We both shared an appreciation for art and museums and I saw him often at Art Association events. Rest in peace my friend and my condolences to his extensive family and friends.

Didn't know G, but wish I had....May his Spirit be always near, never far, and may his loved ones know Peace beyond understanding.
