Dr.Richart was my dentist starting in 1969 until his retirement. He was so kind, gentle and funny. Professional and skilled and knew how to make people feel so comfortable to be around him. I feel so sorry to hear of his loss. My sympathy to his family. He really was a lovely man.

Lois and George McAllan are sorry to hear about Bill. We met the family when we first got into boating in the early 70's. We were always impressed how well the family got along. Bill wa a true gentleman and a first class person.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. What a wonderful life full of love and service he had! How proud you all must be to have had him in your lives.
