Dear Tim, Joan and family: Our love, thoughts and prayers have been with you so much in the past week and a half and will continue to be. Knowing that Gabriel went from your arms Tim into our Heavenly Father's arms is such a comfort to us. Your family is a testimony to so many of us of faith, strength and courage. Dear Tim and Joan,
We have just heard about your loss, and are overwhelmed. Your family was such an inspiration to me during our time at MTI, especially you Tim, who through our small groups radiated the humility of Jesus. May you receive all comfort from him in your time of grief. May you know minute by minute in a palpable way, the love of Christ through his Spirit and his people. We pray with you through these difficult days and months to come.

Dear Tim & Joan,
Tonight our family lifted you up in prayer. Our kids have many questions... we tell them that now Joshua and Gabriel are playing together in Heaven. My kids have their MTI pillows with Gabriel's little handprint on it.
I remember all our talks about Heaven and how short this life is on earth. Joan, you have been such a big influence on my life (esp. when I think about my diagnosis). Thank you for you speaking truth to me. May you have friends/family doing the same...
