Not sure what to say?

You have been and still will be greatly missed. I wonder what you would think about the political atmosphere in the US these days. I miss your smile and how you cared about people and things. If you are watching, tell the good Lord, we could use some extra help down here. We got some not so nice people doing that so nice things to the good people in the United States."Peace to your brother

Emily and family- Bobbie and I have lived part time on the Central Coast since 2011, and are often in the Santa Cruz area...which always reminds us of Gabe, his service to others, and you. We are grateful for him, and have deep admiration for the grace which you have manifested through all the subsequent challenges... Thank you for your own service to others, and for passing on that legacy. Our best, Benny and Bobbie Young

We went to Tully elementary together and then hangout at the Y.M.C.A after school. Skate country and playgrounds! Wish we could return to that place.

Gabe, It has been 13 years and I still think of you and miss you very much. I have graduated college and found a part-time job but I can work from home. I have also been asked to speak at a conference in June 2024 assistance and adaptability for African-American disabled individuals. I´m not sure why they have it predominantly the African-American population, but since I was a success story for vocational rehab they asked me to speak. I would´ve definitely invited you for this taking me all...

God Bless you, just remember you encouraging me to make more phone calls for Gabby, which I would always do for you! We laughed together, and we cried.....RIP. You died way too young.

Gabe Zimmerman was a student in my AP Economics class at University High School. He was bright, articulate, handsome, and kind. There isn't a January 8th day since his passing that I don't spend a few minutes talking to him while he is in Heaven. Every young student should strive to be the type of person Gabe Zimmerman was in helping others become better human beings. We are all better off because Gabe was on this Earth. Hope all of you get to meet him in Heaven.

I always include Gabriel in my prayers for those who have passed away during Mass. Prayers especially for you, Emily, as well.

In some ways Gabe I´m glad you´re not here I don´t think you would be very happy with some of the things going on in the United States at this time. There´s so much strife confusion mean spirit this loss of peoples humanity and I really would hate for you to know what they did to our nations capital. Anyway I hope you have a peaceful time and you give me a smile infectious smile. I still mourn the loss, the loss of a friend. Peace.

It´s been 10 Years since you were taken from us. Just a reflection I wonder what you would think of the political issues going on in America right now. I dove more into politics because of you. I believe what you told me about changing one´s way of life and speaking up as a constituent would help our government provide for us. Your smile, encouragement and humanity that´s the reason I worked on changing my world by voting in 2020. I miss you a lot your guidance would definitely be appreciated...
