West Springfield – Gabrielle A. Farnum, 24, died Saturday in Baystate Medical Center surrounded by her loving family.  Gabrielle was born in Springfield, graduated from West Springfield High School in 2010 and has lived here all her life.  She leaves her parents Robert and Traci (Cowger) Farnum, a daughter Olivia, siblings Sandra, Dominique, Faith, Torinna Farnum, Brittney Cullison, Nick and Tanya Frink, Michael Farnum Jr., and Kourtni Densmore.  She also leaves many aunts, uncles, family and friends.  Visiting hours will be held at the West Springfield Curran-Jones Funeral Home Saturday from 4-7pm.  For online condolences please visit curranjones.com.  Donations may be made to a fund for Gabrielle Farnum at gofundme.com.
