Not sure what to say?

I have Gabe to thank for so many things. She introduced my mother to my father. She introduced me to the beauties of nature by taking me camping for the first time at China Flat. She provided my mother, myself and everyone she knew with love and laughter.
She will be greatly missed

Oh, Gabe, of the enticing smile and twinkling eyes, now you are at peace.
What a wonderful gal, always laughing and brightening any room she was in. I loved that she was always so matter-of-fact, and that she didn't put up with any nonsense.
I imagine that Gabe and Ed are sitting together sharing tales, as she so often did when she was here in Kyburz.
I knew Gabe for more than 30 years, and always looked forward to seeing her when she and Ken came camping at China Flat.

I first saw Gabe with Ken on a sailboat many years ago, and thought I had never seen two people so much in love. Some time later, I met her again at China Flat, and she welcomed me as though we had been friends forever. Memories of Gabe include sitting around in chairs in that great outdoor kitchen at China Flat, listening to her stories, laughing and eating good food. All of us at Colombo Sales & Engineering would like to send our condolence to you and your family for your loss. Although most of us here did not know Gabe personally, she is in our prayers.

Gabe.......my friend for over 50 years. We shared it all....the laughter and some tears. She was witty and wise and generous with everyone. I have no words to describe how special she was in my life. I will miss our daily chats.....about crossword puzzles, gardening, cooking, her travels, bowling, bocce, our kids, or just "stuff"....but almost always with laughter. Our friendship can never be replaced. I miss her each and every day. My friend always.

I first meant Gabe when my sister Pat brought her home to Sacramento for the summer. She was to me so beautiful with her long blond hair and had the greatest figure I had ever seen. We had the best summer of all that year. We drove our Mother crazy by having her haul the three of us girls to the Cluney Swimming pool each and every day. Her zest for life, her humor and her sweetness was like a breath of fresh air. I know she will ever have a place in my heart and I know she is, and has always...

John and I are so sorry for your loss. Our hearts are heavy with the pain that Ken and your family and friends must feel. Please know that you are in our thoughts.
