Gaetana Gloria "Gay" DiGirolamo

My sincere condolences to the wonderful DiGirolamo family. Mrs. Gay DiGirolamo was a genuine person who gave the community not only the best food but also love. I worked in her restaurant. I respected her. I respect her family.

Words can not express the sorrow when someone like Gae leaves us. Her and brother Sam were always good friends of my whole family since the 60's. They gave us a beautiful wedding reception and her food was always GOOD. Since they moved, I miss looking out my window and seeing Gae & Val on occasion. My thoughts and prayers go out to Val & Sam. DiGirolamo Family, We are deeply saddened to hear of the loss of Gaetana. I have a lot of fond memories of such a wonderful person who always have a place in our hearts. May her soul rest in peace.

Gay and my Mother were best friends growing up and she was a huge part of my childhood. She was the most loving and beautiful woman I've ever met and my mother cherished her friendship so much. She was also my youngest brother's Godmother. May she rest in peace eternally and be reunited not only with God but also with my Mother. I know she was waiting for her with open arms.

So sorry for your loss. Your mother was a great women and we both enjoyed working with her and the rest of the family. We will not be able to attend we are out of town but our prayers and thoughts will be with all of you in your time of sorry. We love you all!!
