Not sure what to say?

I, too lived in the quad with Gail, and Shirley and the happy, hysterical memories are many. With Marilyn, our fourth member, we survived practice teaching, unreliable cars and men !!!
I cannot believe that she is gone from us...in fact, I was hoping that we three could get together this summer...in a way , we did...last Sunday at her memorial service. The love for this very special friend filled the room. Now she is at peace.

I grew up with Gail in St. Albans, VT. We lived very close to each other, went to the same schools 1st through 12 and were the best of friends, as well as were our Moms! Many happy days were spent playing as kids, and raising cain as teenagers! I haven't seen Gail since we parted after our High School graduation for which our 50th reunion will be all the sadder this year of 2009 without her presence. I was SO looking forward to seeing her. John, I remember you well also, and I offer my...

I worked with Gail at Lane Bryant for years. I simply adored her. She always had a smile and a story. While I had not seen her for years, she will remain a bright spot.

Gail was a neighbor of my twin sister, Monica, on Pleasant Avenue in Burlington. She was close to Monica, so I got to know her quite well and liked her a lot. I remember that Gail was such a delight, fun to be with and strong. I've kept her in my thoughts and prayers for years. Deepest sympathy to her family and friends. She will be missed.

I was her neighbor on Brainard St. Went to the same schools all the way thru to BFA. She was well liked by everyone. I know she will be missed. I
lost track of her after BFA. The family she left behind has my sympathy.

gail was a patient of mine on Baird 4 at FAHC. I found her to be delightful and a fighter. The love shared between her son, brother and sister-in-law was evident. The picture of her grandson was always in her line of sight, she would frequently look at it and smile. My condolences to all who loved her.

Sincerely,

Nancy Bissonette, RN

Gail and I were classmates from grade school through high school. This year marks our 50th class reunion. Although we lost track of each other over the years I will always remember her and the fun times we shared. The winter sliding down the Soule hill, brownie troop, where Mrs Hutchinson taught us how to knit, fall frolics at BFA, the Georgia shore camp and graduation of 1959. It was so nice to read of her family and friends love and experiences over the years. I will be sure to pass on the...

I will miss Gail's upbeat spirit and her sense of humor. While I will miss her, I know she has received the ultimate healing of Jesus and no longer is in pain. God has truly blessed Gail, and me for knowing her.

Gail was a sorority sister of mine at UVM from 1959 to 1963. We lived together in "the quad" with two other Alpha Chis senior year and shared many laughs and good times. We kept in touch over the years and last September we enjoyed lunch together in Burlington. She spoke with joy and with a light in her eyes about her grandson, Leo, and was looking forward to moving into a retirement community. Although challenged by her illness over many years, she always retained her wicked sense of humor...
