Not sure what to say?

To Gail's family,

My husband and I are so sorry for your loss, We would have never known of Gail's passing, if I hadn't decided to see if Gail was on facebook, never expecting to read of her passing. We thought of Gail often over the last few years as we used to meet with her in Wayland at her home and also at her other office in Wayland. Gail really helped us while we were going through difficult times bringing 2 families together, my 2 sons and John's 2 daughters. It has been...

Ms. Cornfeld (Blum) was a social worker of mine about thirty years ago at the Framingham Youth Guidance Center. I cannot believe that I am viewing this!! We kept in contact even after I moved and she was no longer my therapist. What a wonderful woman and she taught me so much!! Such sad news...I am so sorry Mr. Blum. Yours Truly, Carolyn Emery

To Gail's family -- Although I do not know you personally, my whole family knows your wife and mother . . . and our hearts are extended to you with love.

Your mother helped me to get through a sad and lonely time with such a kind, loving and warm heart, and a clear and helpful mind. She affected me in ways that I'd be hard pressed to articulate as the shifts were at once subtle and profound. We spent many evenings together over a couple of years and I learned so much from her...

What odd things we remember. Of all things, kindergarten. She knew all the words to "America the Beautiful". I did not. Her 6th grade Halloween party, her 7th grade luau, junior high, and those godawful years when it actually mattered that she was so cool and I was such a geek.

But somehow we connected. Thank God for music, our mutual passion. It started with "did you hear the new one by ...". Then, it morphed into trading records. Ultimately, it was concerts together and...

We are so very sad and send loving condolences to Sandor, Jonathan, Adrienne, Arielle and all of Gail's family. We will miss her.

Martin and I were so sad to hear of this terrible loss. Gail was always the epitome of thoughtfulness and kindness. I enjoyed all of our times together as families and neighbors.
My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. Gail will be missed by so many, but will be remembered in our hearts. May you all be surrounded by light and love during this difficult time.

Dear Jill, Randee and Gail's entire family,
I am one of Jill's best friends and have such wonderful memories of growing up in the Cornfeldt home in Highland Park, St.Paul,MN. Gail would always try to give Jill's friends a "little" guidance in life! When we in grade school, we had so much fun watching and learning from Jill's older sisters and will always treasure the memories. Gail was such a beautiful, smart woman who was taken too early. May you all have strength to carry on day by...

We are so sad to hear about Gail. The memories go back so far to the days of pre-school at Temple Israel and the twins first day with Stephen. I personally thought the world of Gail, and enjoyed our conversations, although most recently less often. Sandy,Adrian, Arielle and Jon...all our thoughts are with you. You mother always made my day a little brighter, and more special. She has always been a very special individual.
