Julene, words are inadequate to express my heartfelt, deepest sympathy to you. The years and miles have separated us, but the fond memories of fantastic next door neighbors, an excellent dentist, and dear friends has, and always will remain in my heart. Gail was tops in every respect and so are you. I'm sorry to hear of the passing of Dr. Campbell. He was our dentist for many years and always did a great job. We will miss him, and may God be with him always.
