The first memory is from childhood. For some reason, in grade school, I told everyone that Uncle Gail was really Andy Williams - Andy was his stage name and Uncle Gail was his name he used with his family. When I was older, I found out that Uncle Gail couldn't carry a tune. Glad I never asked him to perform for my friends.
