Mrs. Harper was a blessing in disguise. She was and is a sweet caring woman full of many talents. My one son went to her for art lessons and got to explore his artistic side and my other son got to experience her musical side through piano. She opened up our eyes to a creative side for both boys, which we have continued through today. She was so easy to talk to and very down to earth. Mrs. Harper gave my daughter art, piano and violin lessons through much of her youth. She was a great teacher and a lovely woman. Sayville was lucky to have had her in our community for so many years.
