June 21, 1947 - April 24, 2015 Gail Mewbourne Little passed away peacefully on April 24, 2015, after a very strong battle with cancer, diagnosed in 2012. Not sure what to say?

I am so sorry for your loss.
Sincerely,

Gail - a beautiful and special lady!! When we needed something you were always there with a smile and always knew the best outfit for us to wear to our special function...What taste!! You were my daughter Rebecca's role model and a good example for her and us all. We will always cherish and miss you Miss Riddle..I can see you now hanging those beautiful legs and shoes from the moon as you're smiling down upon us. You have been a very dear friend and a special part of our lives. ...

Gail, you were one of the strongest women I know. what a special lady! I will always remember our trip to New York. I know you are with Marianne now! Rest in peace. love, Elizabeth Bruno Folsom

Gail, you were the strongest woman I have ever known. What a special lady! I will always remember our trip to New York. I know you are with Marianne now! Rest in peace.

Just like her beloved siblings, Gail made you feel like you were the only one in the room with her, totally focused on how you felt and what you thought. She was light and warmth and sweetness. I will miss her big smile and gentle heart. Big hugs to Gwen and Greg.

Gwen and Greg, I am so very sorry for the loss of Gail. When we were kids, she was always such a glamorous role model to me, awkward little glasses-wearing thing I was. I saw her here and there in later years before I left Birmingham, and it was invariably a thrill. You are all so much a part of my younger years, and Gail was one of the brightest stars I remember with such fondness and love. You are all in my heart today and always.

Just realized that my April 25 post below didn't have my name attached. Sorry 'bout that - was having computer issues at the time. Gail was so much fun and always lightened the moment and any gathering; I know ya'll miss her terribly - for a thousand reasons, and for being herself. Love to you all during your time of grief. Nell

Gail,
You were one of the wisest people I have ever known. Hardlly a day goes by that I don't quote you. You've made a lasting impression on my life and I will never forget you. I love you.
