I met Gail 60 years ago when she was living with my grandmother and working in Birmingham Alabama. I was a student at Auburn and would see her on weekends that I was back in Birmingham and got to know her family in Columbiana during that time. She was much more aware of the political corruption than I and I did not appreciate her wisdom at that time. Our lives took different paths and I only saw Gail occasionally over the years. She was a good businesswoman and very generous with her time...

Gail was a beautiful person, inside and out. Thoughts and prayers are with her family.
