Gail Lester Quanz slipped the bounds of earth and stepped into the arms of God Thursday afternoon, July 2, 2015. He battled Alzheimer's disease the last few years and had lived at the Riverside Inn since November 0f 2014. Mr. Quanz was 78 years old. Service: 11 a.m. Monday in Smithfield Cemetery....
