My thoughts are with the Schlifke and Callagee families at a time of great sorrow. Words can not express my feelings for two wonderful people who have crossed my life and that of so many others. They will dearly missed. I wish I could have spent a few more moments of time with them.

Ann,
I was so sorry to hear the news today - how hard it is for you all to lose mum so close to the loss of your dad. I have the most marvellous memories of all of you. Can you remember when we came to visit you whilst you were on vacation at Letchworth Park - your mother cooked for an army & they both went out of their way to make my family so welcome - it was a great day! My daughter & I often talk about it - your mum introduced her to the art of toasting marshmallows!!
Your parents were good friends to my sister Clare & to Coby & I know they will miss their friendship but treasure the memories as will I.

Ann,
Remember the good times you had with your parents. That is what will get you by. Words alone cannot explain things, but your Mom is back together with your Dad. I am truley sorry to hear about your Mom, but it is meant for your parents to be back together. We suffer togehter.

I have so many memories of Gail and all the Schlifke's from my youth. jim and I always had so much fun coming over to get our haircuts, watch sabres games and just always being made to feel a part of the family. Gail we will always miss you and be grateful to you for being such a wonderful friend to our family.
