I will always remember Gail as a dear, sweet person. She and Betty Sims had a nickname for me when I first started working here at the Council in 1993 "Brownie" (last name & I was new). I liked it and so it stuck. I will miss her melodious voice whenever she would call into the office. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
