I,Roy &Jeff Earp , met Gaines & his father Al in the ocean air Wrightsville Beach in summer of 1970. They in their boat -- we in ours. They came alongside & we shared food, bait & drink. We made inseparable friends and lived only a few doors apart at WB.Their boat name was "Hambone" named after their business in Dunn. Ham Business. Picture on my wall now of Gaines & blue marlin.
