Gale was born on December 1, 1926 and passed away on Tuesday, May 30, 2017. Gale was a resident of North Carolina. He graduated from Elon College. He served with the U.S. Army in the Philippines during WWII. The funeral service will be conducted at 12:00 PM Friday, June 2, 2017 at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by his grandson, Zach Janicello. Interment will follow at Alamance Memorial Park. Sorry to read of Gale's passing. I remember a time Jimmy Ward and I helping Gale and one of his brothers pull wiring on a new house at Pine Knoll Shores (Emerald Isle)in the early '70's... guess I was already down there on a fishing trip. Haven't seen y'all in ages but remember you both as fine people. I extend my condolences in this time of mourning your loss.
