I worked with Gale at Jewish Family Services. She was dedicated, articulate and passionate about her work in serving the geriatric community at JFS, and later, at VCU. When at VCU, she helped our family on a personal level in caring for my mother-in-law, who also had worked with Gale at JFS. We enjoyed celebrating our December birthdays together. I worked with Gale at Jewish Family Services. Anyone who knew her, knew she she was passionate about helping her geriatric clients and their families. Her clients immediately felt cared for when they met her. She was bright, outspoken, humorous, and compassionate. I can still hear her laugh.
