Not sure what to say?

To Gale's family,

I read of Gale's passing in the Greensboro College winter publication and I am so saddened. When I arrived at GC , Gale was a junior. She and her friends were so friendly and welcoming to me and certainly made me feel good as a new freshman. I admired her tremendously ! We did not keep up with each other as I transferred to another school, but I have never forgotten her. She was one of my favorite people at GC. Sending heartfelt condolences to you.

So sorry to learn of Gale's passing. She and I were roommates for a year at GC. Gaynelle Glass

Bobby, sorry to read about your mother yesterday, she was a great lady for the several years I knew her. Will talk to Ross this week and I know he will feel bad as he really liked her and she was so good to him. Mary Nicolette

Gale was my high school teacher at the Prew School in the 1970's. I saw her around town for many years afterwards and we always had a laugh about the old days. She was a wonderful person and will be missed.

Nita and family, I am so sorry to hear about Gale, She was Emmett's best friend and he thought so highly of her. I had many a meal with her at Louise's house and got to know her pretty well. I know you will miss your sister, but I know Emmett will be happy to see his old friend again. My prayers go out to all of you.

Janis

Sorry that Gale has passed, Little Bob your mom will be missed!

Anita, I am so sorry to hear of Gale's passing. She was the "Queen" of Monroe High, soo good looking, friendly, smiling, the one every high school guy would love for her to just speak too. I was fortunate to have someone "special" that was close to her, and we had good times. I can never think of my high school days without thinking of Gale.Blessings to you and your family, Much Love
