Margot, I was just thinking of Gale yesterday and decided to search the web to find out how you were doing. I was saddened to find his obituary. He was one of the first calls I made in my insurance career. Both Ron and he treated me with such respect and gave me confidence that I could make it. I so enjoyed getting a chance to meet you as well. I always enjoyed being around the Tschantz family. Your love for one another was obvious for all to see. I hope our paths cross again. May God...

Gale and Marlene - 77 years ago
My memorial to my brother Gale. He was a wonderful man and very dedicated to his family. I remember growing up in the small town of Wayland, IA. We had a great childhood and education. We were both born at home with no electricity, no running water, a wood burning pot belly stove for heat, and a wood burning cook stove. We may not have had much but we had friends, neighbors, and much love for each other. Although we didn't see each other as much as we wanted to but we could always count...
