Not sure what to say?

Memories of Gare pop into my head at unexpected moments. She was always a kind a person, as well as ready to participate in little adventures..

Every summer Gare and I attended a barbecue at one of our ski club friend´s home. This was the first time I had to attend without her and it was sad. Of course there are many other times something reminds me of Gare. She continues to be missed.

I still remember our slumber party when we were 17. Six giggling teenage girls brought new meaning to "girl power" back in the 1960's, as we lifted the neighbor's Volkswagen from the street side curb onto their lawn.

Gare, our admired editor-in-chief of the school's newspaper, the photographer, the skier, swimmer, and tennis player, the devoted daughter, sister, and aunt, the world traveler, the associate creative director, recipient of coveted prestigious awards you told no one...

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

Gare. Such a beautiful and loyal person. I am fortunate to have shared many good times with her over the years as both a friend and colleague. She will be missed.

I am so sorry to hear that Gare passed away. We worked together at NSC, and she was always so nice and ready with a smile. She often talked about her family and what a great relationship you all had, so I know you will miss her deeply. My prayers are with you.

I worked with Gare at NSC. Always very pleasant and a great copywriter. She loved her sweets! RIP Gare.

Please accept our condolences. We are shocked and saddened by the loss of Gare, our good friend for so many years. We know, first hand, how deeply devoted Gare was to her parents and to each and every one of you.

Gare was a kind, thoughtful and intelligent friend who shared my enthusiasm for travel and reading as well as architecture.
