Skip was a wonderful host and a buoyant, wonderful travel buddy. My memory of him is him smiling and encouraging everyone to relax and have a nice time.
He and Madelyn took several people with them on an organized trip to Hawaii. It has been one of my favorite memories of anyplace I have visited. We would have a mai tai and watch the sunsets--a beautiful experience enjoyed by everyone.
