Garland Dean Hancock, 71, of Mexia, passed away Jan. 11, 2012, at his home, in Mexia. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 14, at the First Baptist Church with the Rev. Fred Sain officiating. Interment will follow in the Mexia Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be 5 to 6:30 p.m....
