Garland A. Payne

With our Deepest Sympathy to the Payne Family Garfield was a very special dear friend to the Ottarson family. He was known for his jokes, laughter and may stories about what he was doing for others. He cherished the time he spent with his daughter and did not mind the long trips to Fredricksburg to pick her up. He will truly be missed by many and especially to the Ottarson Family & Ware Neck Community. RIP my dear friend until me meet again.
