Age 68 died at her home May 3, 2005. She was born August 24, 1936 in Detroit, MI the daughter of Russell and Irene (Joynt) DeRainville. Survivors include her loving husband for 52 years Lawrence R. Ammon, Sr. and their children; Lawrence R. Ammon, Jr. of Zebulon, GA, Micheal K. (Donna) of Webberville and Linda M. (Scott) Cooper of Gregory, her sister, Patricia Brigance of Carmichael CA, 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sister, Marilyn Wines. Garnette was a long time hospice volunteer and requested memorial contributions be given to St. Joseph Mercy Livingston Hospice A Celebration of Garnette’s life was held 11:00 AM Friday, May 6, 2003 at Borek Jennings Funeral Home, Lamb Chapel in Howell with Rev.
