Not sure what to say?

As I am watching the US Open today I am thinking of sweet Garret. How he greeted me as I entered Chippewa...Hi Erics mom! How he and Eric played together and having Eric call Garrett and Matt Hing "my little Buddy"

I won't forget Garrett. We list a wonderful young man.

Garrett is one of the most beautiful people I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. So many loved him, admired him, and were brought joy by his presence. I will always be guided by the way Garrett lived his live and can only hope to be half as good of a person as he is. The world lost a shining light and his life will never be forgotten. To the Halperts: I think of your family often and wish you peace amongst the immense grief. Words will never capture how sorry I am for your loss.

I recall thinking how wonderful it was that Garrett was willing to play doubles with Scott, and wishing I could hit a single shot as well as Garrett did all the time. I can't begin to feel the magnitude of your loss, though I also have a son who has battled depression, so I do know a little about the parental fear and helplessness. You and your family are in...

I got to know Garrett through Junior tennis tournaments and later high school tennis. As good a tennis player as he was (and he was good), he was an even better person off the court. He always wanted to know how you were doing before discussing himself. He will be missed by all.

I am so deeply sorry for your loss. You are in my thoughts and prayers. May God be with you at this most difficult time.

I had the distinct privilege of knowing Garrett at Tappan. He was such a kind, friendly, hard working person. He brought joy to our building. I am so deeply sorry for your loss and pray for comfort for you at this time. He's left a wonderful legacy about how, despite our challenges, we can make a difference in this world. My heart goes out to you.
