BUTTS, Garry R., Sr. - Of Fenton, age 54, died Friday, January 7, 2011 at his residence. Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, January 11, 2011 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Pastor Walter E. McConkey officiating. Cremation will take place following the service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family. Garry was born in Flint on September 22, 1956. Garry loved driving Ford Trucks. Surviving are wife Alyce; children, Garry Jr. and wife Jenay, Tonya and Michelle; daughter-in-law, Carrie Butts; 11 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; Sister, Linda and husband Roger Sutton; Brother, Dennis and wife Val, brother Les; sister, Virginia and husband Joe Burcicki; many nieces and nephews. R.I.P Gary, You will always be one of my hero's. You were a giant of a man, with a heart that matched. You always protected your Uncles and Aunts(our Parents)and your Cousins(us Kids), and I truley believe that you are protecting us now.

One of my favorite thoughts of Garry was him and me wrestling(had to be early 80"s) around and him bench pressing me like it was the wwe or something.....I will miss you Tiny
