Not sure what to say?

I am saddened since I learned of Garry's passing this week. He was like a big brother to me. I remember at the first contemporary Christian music concert that we promoted together which was in 1982, that Garry and I noted that we couldn't find a empty seat. Being the promoters, we were thrilled about that! I drove through Binghamton last month. This led me to want to contact Garry. When I tried to contact him, I instead I found his obituary. What a shock! Garry, I believe we will meet...

Garry was a faithful friend and talented drummer. His faith in Jesus meant everything to him. He will be missed by all who knew him. Our loss is heaven's gain.

Our deepest sympathy on your loss,

Gloria and Michael McCormick

I remember Gary from BT BOCES. I don’t recall his job there or how I knew him. I just remember I was always so happy to see him. He was such a kind and gentle man. His faith lit up his face and warmed my heart.

Gary is at home in heaven with his Lord and Savior where there is no sickness, tears or death.
Gary was one of the first people that I got to know when I came to Binghamton. He loved music. He organized a trip to Ithaca to a concert with one of the best guitarists since Jimmy Hendrix. On Sundays Gary played the drums at church and after Sunday night service he was at Cracker Barrel with a group of friends. Gary laughed out loud in church in a pleasant way. I am going to miss his laugh.

I’m sad to see Garry has passed. I knew Garry from school many years ago and then met again when I worked at city hall and he would come in to pay his taxes and water bills. Then he always helped me at Home Goods when I needed help. He was the kindest person with the biggest heart God has put on this earth.
Your work on earth is complete dear friend, rest now in the arms of our Lord.

So sorry to hear of Gary's passing away. He was very active at First Assembly. He is in a better place.

He was best known for his 'dry' sense of humor and big heart. He was very kind and quickly offered a helping hand to anyone who needed it. Rest in peace, Garry!

I knew Garry from BT BOCES. He was a great guy and always had a smile and a kind heart.
Rest In Peace Garry
