Gary did his dissertation on me when he was at Tri-Cities. I have never forgotten him and the influence he had on the rest of my life. May the Peace and Grace of God be with him always. He knew me as Karen Kalwat and he used the name Elizabeth in his dissertation.

To Gary's family and friends, I send my deepest condolences. Gary was one of my best childhood friends, and my memories are full of his smile and laughter.
