Not sure what to say?

Mrs. Baughman,

Gary & I went to apprentice school together beginning in 1976. Over that length of time, you can't help but get to know someone's inner being & what they are really about.

I know Gary to be a very good man, honest & with character. A very good family man that loved you & ya'lls daughter more than himself.

He was a good union man & loved the people at Brown Mechanical as well.

It was a very rare occasion to ever see Gary without a...

Trisha and Betsy,

I am so sorry to hear about Gary. Both you and Gary have always been very dear to me. I will keep both of you in my prayers.

Gary and I were close friends in high school. We did not stay in touch over the years but I have thought of him often. I am very sorry to hear of his passing. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

Gary and I grew up in the same neighborhood in Tuscaloosa. We graduated from Tuscaloosa High and joined the Naval Reserve together. Over the years we have lost touch, but Gary and his family were always in my thoughts and prayers. I was glad to see that Gary was active in church and Sunday school. I'm glad that when my time comes to go home I will see my friend again.

I work for Ram Tool & Supply and would see Gary quite often over the years when he would come in to order something for Brown Mechanical. It was a great joy to talk with him. He always had a smile and loved to joke about something. My deepest sympathy goes out to the family as I know it is a great loss, but after talking with Gary on several occasions I know he was a Christian. So, in that, I rejoice!

I have worked with Gary at MBBC for the past year and have always been amazed by what a happy person he was and how much the children all loved him. I will always remember him with a smile on his face and wonderful laughter. I never once saw him in a bad mood. He touched many lives at our church and he will never be forgotten.
I will miss him very much and Sunday mornings won't be quite the same again. I will keep his family in my prayers.

Trish and Betsy,
How very sorry we were to hear about Gary.My mother loved him very much and together they touched many lives at Mountain Brook Baptist Church. As difficult as it is to lose this man you love so dearly, my mother has been waiting on his help for 19 months.
Gary was a very special man to many people. Please know our prayers are with your family during this time.A dear friend reminded me when my brother died that God did not take him from us but he definitely...

I didn't know Mr. Baughman very well, but I do know his daughter. He raised her to be a bright, funny, spunky, sweet girl, and that speaks volumes for the kind of father and person he was.
I just want to let you know, Betsy and Mrs. Baughman, that I am praying for you.
