Gary K. Bechtoldt

Met Gary about 20 years ago through a mutual friend. A small group of us enjoyed several long distance motorcycle trips over many a summer, which took us through Arizona, Utah, Colorado, Wyoming and South Dakota, with Gary riding his prized green Harley. He was always agreeable, good-natured and supportive of all. Those memories can´t be taken away and I cherish them. Condolences to his family.

I first met Gary when his Dad Ray would invite my Dad out to the farm to hunt pheasants in the corn field. Ray sold corn to the store my Dad had. Gary and I both ended up working together at Thriftway. In those days we would work throwing freight all night and head to the mountain in the morning.
