Gary Robert Biddle left this earth on September 12, 2020. He was born in January of 1940 in Newton, Kansas. He is preceded in death by his loving parents, Raymond and Virginia and his grandson, Jack Armstrong. He leaves behind a beautiful family; wife Tessa, brother David, son Brian (& wife Casey), daughter Julie, son Bart (& wife Lyndsay). Eight grand children; Ashley, Mike, Chris, Kyle, D.J., Raylan and Aria. Five great grandchildren; Evelyn, Addison, Mollie, Brenden and Cameron. Where to begin; First, Gary was so proud of his American Indian Heritage and a member of the Muscogee Creek Nation. He loved telling stories to his children and grandchildren about his heritage with such joy. For those who had the distinct pleasure of knowing Gary, you know what I'm talking about. For those who didn't, he could convince even the most doubtful among us that all things are possible and have you believe it with all of your heart. Six decades of devoted work in the tech industry, he understood the meaning of tech jobs long before they became popular. He started his career at IBM after graduating from Vanderbilt University and later he formed his own tech company. During his long career he worked for Wang Labs, Northrop Grumman, HP, Litton, and yet again formed another company, Warhawk Strategies. Gary was the ultimate optimist and true salesmen. He knew what people wanted and knew how to make them happy beyond their expectations. Gary's endless sense of humor and dedication to making others feel good about themselves reaches far and wide and will be so deeply missed. He believed in himself and in people which made him someone that we all looked forward to talking with. We will miss this so much! Gary loved boating with a passion so much so that one of his son's is a Yacht Captain. In fact, the whole family has a love for boating. We like to think that today he is cruising on a beautiful boat along Captiva Island! It's so difficult to lose someone that was always so positive in a year where we all need hope and something to believe in. When the chips were down, Gary always said, "Bet the house!" and somehow it always worked. For now, we are going to keep all of our bets on our beloved husband, father, brother, grandfather, great grandfather and friend! Details regarding the Memorial service to be provided soon. In lieu of flowers please donate to these 2 organizations close to Gary's heart. https://captainsforcleanwater.org/ https://cancer.ufl.edu/giving/make-a-gift-to-fight-cancer/
